Barley nankatais


Barley nankatais


Barley flour- 1 cup
Atta (Whole wheat flour)- 1/2cup
Hazel nuts - 1/4 cup( powdered)
Ghee-1/3cup
Milk- as reqd to get a soft dough
Baking powder- 1/4 tspn
Sugar/brown sugar- 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup (powdered)

Knead all the ingredients to a smooth dough and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees celsius until baked.

Note: The cookies will be very soft and crumbly when taken out , but hardens when they cool off.
